Generosity Indy is an Indianapolis-based 501(c)3 nonprofit dedicated to making kindness practical by providing essential items, meaningful support, and a helping hand to individuals and families in our community. From hygiene and household necessities, seasonal programs, care packages and unexpected acts of kindness, we believe even a small gesture can make a difference in someone's life.

Generosity Indy believes helping someone doesn't always have to be complicated. It can start with simply noticing a need and choosing to do something about it. We partner with other local non-profits to identify key challenges and address them through thoughtful and innovative initiatives, ensuring we meet the needs of the underserved and underprivileged.

Whether it's a backpack for a child starting school, warm clothing during a cold Indiana winter, household essentials for a struggling family or a care package for someone experiencing homelessness, our goal is simple: meet people where they are, help in practical ways, and remind neighbors that their community cares.
